2017-2018 Enrollment

As of 6/22/17, we currently have openings in Grade 4, and are adding to our waitlist for Grades 3 & 5. To be eligible for the waitlist/enrollment, you must complete the online application (step 1 below) and attend an Information Meeting (step 2 below).

Students may apply for admission by completing these four steps:
  1. Submit this online application for each student applicant before the end of the Open Enrollment period (11:59 PM on February 28, 2017).  Applications received after the Open Enrollment deadline will be placed on a waiting list after all students who applied before the deadline.

  2. A parent or guardian must attend an Information Meeting in order for the application to be considered complete. At these meetings, Principal Ryan Elliott will give an overview of Elevate’s education program and expectations for students and parents; you will also have time to ask any questions you have. Immediately following will be a short campus tour. Please RSVP in advance of your attendance so that the staff may prepare adequate materials - click here to see Information Meeting dates and to RSVP.

  3. After Open Enrollment has ended, if there is adequate space in a grade level to accommodate all applicants, each of these students will receive an offer of admission. If the number of applicants exceeds the available space within a grade level, a public lottery will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017, 3:30 pm to determine admission offers.   4. Once admission has been offered, parents complete an enrollment packet for each student. Completed packets will be accepted during Enrollment Processing on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, 7:30 am - 11:30 pm. At that time, our staff will review your packet for completion and make copies of your original documents (birth certificate, immunization card, and proof of residence).
