Student Medication

All returning and new students who will need to take prescription medication during school (this includes inhalers, epipens, etc.) must submit a Permission to Administer Medication Form which requires a signature by the student's doctor and parent/guardian. Forms from last school year do not transfer to this year - a new one must be submitted.

Back-to-School Supplies List

Teacher Assignments available on Fri, Aug 23

Teacher assignments will be available Friday, August 23, beginning at 10:00 am for Grades K-3 and 1:00 pm for Grades 4 & 5, by logging into your Parent Portal (in the Schedule section; set date to 8/26/19). Teacher assignments will NOT be posted on school premises as in years past - they will only be available through the Parent Portal. And due to the many factors that go into deciding student placement we are unable to take specific teacher requests. To log into your Parent Portal, click the title of this announcement.

2019-2020 Enrollment

As of March 1, 2019, enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year is closed. All applications submitted on March 1, 2019 or later will be placed on Elevate's wait list in the order in which it was submitted and after all students who applied before the deadline. Click the title to complete the waitlist application. Once submitted, you will be able to log in to see the current status of your student's waitlist number.
