Originally from North Dakota, Mrs. Hinton is ecstatic to be calling sunny San Diego home! Summer of 2020, Mrs. Hinton and her family returned to Southern California after living in Beaufort, South Carolina for several years. While in South Carolina, she earned her teaching credential and Masters of Arts in Teaching from Western Governors University. Mrs. Hinton is excited to be joining Elevate and looking forward to an incredible year in Second Grade.
On the weekends you will most likely see her on the baseball fields or at a youth sports event. Mrs. Hinton and her husband have three active children and the sweetest golden retriever named Daisy. She enjoys spending time with her family camping and being active. If a quiet moment becomes available, you will always spot her with a book and coffee in hand.
