Alicia Hithe was born and raised in Palmdale, CA and moved around LA county and Texas until she moved to San Diego with her significant other. She has worked in both traditional and vocational education settings, both with adults and children. Alicia has developed programming for non-profits and assisted with the online courses at her alma mater. She has received her Bachelor’s degree in sociology and hopes to continue to bring a difference to the education system.
Alicia has a passion for learning, growing, and trying new things, including working in different career fields until she found her spot in education. She has always enjoyed working in schools and one-on-one with her students. During college, she thrived in her role as a Resident Advisor and iAmbassador Program lead. Since Alicia has graduated in 2018, she has had the opportunity to travel to New York, Colorado, Uganda, and Australia. She loves to play with her pups, explore new cities, and eat good food. Alicia is very honored and excited to be a part of Elevate Schools.
