Monica Farin has worked with Elevate Elementary since 2014 and assisted the school through many different roles with the support staff. Over the last 6 years, she has aided students with special needs ranging across grade levels from Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Prior to working with Elevate Elementary, Monica worked for Pilgrim Lutheran School, Pre-K through 8th grade as the school librarian as well as support staff for before- and after-school care. When she wasn’t working at the schools, she worked as a nanny for infants and toddlers for several teachers and family friends.

Monica has been married to her husband, Todd Farin for 26 years and has three grown children, ages 30, 25 and 23. Todd and Monica have supported their children through college, with all three children completing their bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California universities. She is passionate about child development and education and hopes to pass along her hard-working and go-getter attitude traits that she used to raise her children, for the new students that she is able to work with each year.
