During their lesson on rhythmic skills, K-3rd graders had a surprise visit from a professional drill instructor! Marine Corps Captain Adam Harris taught Elevate students how to march, run, do push-ups and side straddle hops all in rhythm. It was quite a sight to see our students jogging around the playground while repeating running cadences from the drill instructor! Thank you so much for taking time out of your week to teach those 9 classes Captain Harris. You were a positive role model and one exceptional leader to Elevate students!
