As of March 1, 2019, enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year is closed. All applications submitted on March 1, 2019 or later will be placed on Elevate's wait list in the order in which it was submitted and after all students who applied before the deadline. All returning and new students who will need to take prescription medication during school (this includes inhalers, epipens, etc.) must submit a Permission to Administer Medication Form which requires a signature by the student's doctor and parent/guardian. Forms from last school year do not transfer to this year - a new one must be submitted.
All students should have a backpack, lunch box, snack bag, water bottle & pocket folder – each labeled with the child’s name. To see the list of general classroom supply needs for each grade, click the title.
