Please fill out this form to express interest in a spot in Elevate's Spring Break Program (Kindergarten-6th Grade only). Due to limited spaces, filling out this form does not guarantee a spot in the program. Registration will close on Friday, February 20th. Families will be notified of acceptance by Wednesday, March 4th. 

Students will participate in a variety of academic and enrichment activities throughout the day facilitated by Elevate staff. We are also so excited that the Living Coast Aquarium will be an enrichment partner the morning of Tuesday, March 31st. 
We kindly ask that lunch be ordered only if your student plans on receiving a school lunch that day. This helps us order the right amount of food and be mindful of food waste. We truly appreciate your support in helping us take care of our resources while ensuring all students who need a lunch receive one. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Program Details:
  • Dates: March 30th, 31st, and April 1st
  • Time: 
    • Regular day 8:00am-3:00pm ($40/day)
    • Regular day + extended care 8:00am- 5:00pm ($50/day)
  • Location: All students will be at the Serra Mesa Campus
The cost to attend is $40/day (8:00am-3:00pm) or $50 for extended care (8:00am-5:00pm). There will be a 25% discount for additional siblings. 

** There is no cost for students whose families qualify for Free or Reduced meals, based on Family Income Survey/School Lunch Application as well as our English Learners. Those who qualify will receive priority placement. Families who qualify MUST upload their designation.
