| HAPPIEST TEST PREP ON EARTH |
Fourth grade got a little magical recently as we transformed our classrooms into the Happiest Test Prep on Earth! Our door became the gateway between two iconic parks — my room took on the spirit of Disney's California Adventure, while Ms. Bhola's room became Disneyland — and students earned the full park hopper experience, visiting both throughout the week. Every activity was thoughtfully designed to be as academically rigorous as it was fun. Each activity was designed and created by the fourth grade team and the level of care and detail helped to keep students engaged all week! Students tackled math operations alongside the Monsters, Inc. crew, unraveled word problems with Tiana, and sharpened their reading comprehension with Star Wars and Guardians of the Galaxy. From fractions with the Pirates of the Caribbean to a full math performance task set in Pixar Pier, each experience was crafted to build real skills — just wrapped in a little Disney magic.
The fun didn't stop there. Wednesday brought a Disney dress-up day, and the 4th grade teachers stayed in theme from the very first whistle all week long. Students collected souvenirs all week. They recieved park tickets at the door, earned Mickey ears, and even took home custom motivational keychains.
By Friday, our students weren't just ready for their state tests — they were excited. They showed up with confidence, enthusiasm, and just the right amount of pixie dust.

Our Groovy End of the Year Field Days are just around the corner for our K–5 students, and this year’s theme is all about fun, color, and good vibes!
Students will rotate through a variety of exciting stations, including games, bubbles, and art activities—so come ready to move, create, and cool off! Some stations will include opportunities to get wet, adding to the fun of this end-of-year celebration.
Important: Please send in a white item for all K-5 students to be tie-dyed by Tuesday, May 12. -- This could be a t-shirt, socks, a bandana, a pillowcase, or a hand towel - no large towels. -- Please pre-wash the item and send it in a bag labeled with your child’s name. Prewashing helps the dyes absorb. -- If you are unable to send in an item, that’s ok; we will make sure everyone has something to tie-dye.
