Making it Easier to Stay Connected
Important Update!
We’re reducing inbox clutter this year by making the weekly Elevate News your primary hub for all school events, reminders, and updates!

You will no longer receive individual messages for each event - instead, links to events and important announcements will be posted in the Elevate News. You will continue to receive individual messages for weekly teacher updates, athletics, urgent school alerts, and a few other essential announcements.

So, please check the Elevate News weekly and bookmark our School News webpage and School Calendars for the latest information!
Elevate Spotlight: Better Together

Preparing for an Incredible New School Year!
Our teachers and staff have started back and have been working hard to get ready to welcome our students to campus for the new school year. We are so excited to see our students and families and know it is going to be a great year!

Our teachers once again began the year at our annual Teacher Retreat where we launch our year-long focus for teaching and learning. It is always a highlight and a time to re-connect, re-focus, and re-engage. At Elevate, we believe that learning should never stop, and our team models that so well each year. It is also why our students are so successful because the adults around them are growing and learning along-side them.

Our focus this year is on pro-Learning and lessening the use of technology in the classroom. We are also launching our new Professional Development model, Book Clubs, and are based on each teacher’s grade level or department. We will also be bringing Book Clubs to our entire school community in the coming months, so stay tuned.

We are so honored to partner with you in your child’s learning journey. As we like to say at Elevate, we are better together!

VOLUNTEER NEWS
MANDATED REPORTER TRAINING
Under a new California law, Senate Bill 848, adult volunteers who work with students are now required to complete Mandated Reporter Training annually. This training is online and self-paced (about two hours). Please note: You may notice that the certificate issued at the end of the training lists an expiration date of two years. Because state law supersedes the generic date printed on vendor certificates, our organization must enforce the legal 1-year renewal schedule.
Read more and complete your training today!
