Elevation Club Sign-Ups: SM and TS Clubs

Hello Elevate Families,

We are thrilled to announce that Session 1 of Elevation Clubs will begin September 8th! 

Please take a moment to review the information below for club details and the sign-up process. Then sign up through the form attached to this message. 

Important Details

• Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot in a club. Spots will be given on a lottery basis.

• This lottery sign up will close Friday, August 28th at 12:00 PM. 

• ALL campuses fill out the same form so please pay attention to which campus your child attends and ONLY select those clubs.

Lottery Priority:

• Families who qualify for free/reduced meals AND have a designation letter from Elevate, will receive priority placement in clubs. 

  • In order to receive this, the designation letter must be uploaded below. 

  • For any additional information on how to receive a free/reduced meal designation letter please go to our Elevation webpages (click on the General Registration tab). 

• EL students will also receive priority placement.

Please note:

To participate in any Elevation after-school program or activity - including clubs - all families must first complete:

1. The Universal ASES Registration Form

2. A campus-specific Early Release Form

• Description: Students will explore the concept of culture and the diversity of the world. They will dive into culture through a lens of art, dance, food, festivals, traditions, fashion and clothing, music, languages, and more! 
• When: Mondays, 2:45-3:45 PM
• Dates: September 14th, 21st, 28th & October 5th 
• Instructor: Ms. Tiana
• Location: Room 203 

• Description: The Drawing Club is a friendly space where students can explore new art ideas and share their work with their peers. Each week offers something different- fun themes, creative challenges, and time to draw whatever inspires them. All skill levels are welcome!
• When: Tuesdays, 2:45-3:45 PM
• Dates: September 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, & October 6th
• Instructor: Ms. Scott
• Location: Room 208

• Description: Students will learn the basics of volleyball while developing strong fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence. This club provides a fun and supportive environment where players of all skill levels can learn, grow, and enjoy the game! 
• When: Wednesdays, 2:45-3:45 PM
• Dates: September 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, & October 7th 
• Instructor: Ms. Cynthia 
• Location: Basketball Court

• Description: Students will build their basketball skills through fun drills, games, and team activities. They will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and game strategies while developing teamwork, confidence, and a love for the sport.
• When: Tuesdays 3:05-4:05 PM
• Dates: September 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, & October 6th
• Instructor: Mr. Webber
• Location: Basketball Court 

• Description: Students will explore different art projects and creative activities while building their skills, expressing themselves, and trying new things. All skill levels are welcome!
• When: Wednesdays 3:05-4:05 PM
• Dates: September 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, & October 7th
