Festival Fun & Our Annual Appeal

SAVE THE DATE!
Our Fall Festival is coming up on Saturday, October 24, from 3:00–6:00 p.m. at our Serra Mesa Campus.
Get ready for an afternoon filled with food, games, a bounce house, our chili cook-off, student performances, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow Elevate families. It’s one of our biggest community gatherings of the year—a chance to meet new families, reconnect with old friends, and celebrate the year ahead together.
And the best part? Elevate students receive free wristbands!
It has become a favorite tradition and we're especially excited to welcome back so many of our Elevate alumni. Seeing former students return is a wonderful reminder that, even after they leave our campuses, Elevate remains part of their story.
Calling All Family-Owned Businesses!
We'd love to partner with businesses already in our community as festival sponsors — the ones our families know and support every day. If you're an Elevate family and own a business, we're offering sponsorship opportunities for the Fall Festival.

Fall Appeal!
We're excited to announce that this year's Fall Appeal — one of only two fundraisers we run each year — will take place in just a few weeks! Your support directly funds leadership development, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), enrichment in Art and STEAM, and academic support for all Elevate students. You'll have the opportunity to give online, by check, or ask your employer about a matching gift. Details to follow soon.

Bring a Book & a Blanket
Golden Eagles Read on the Grass
Friday, October 9 • 8:40-9:10 AM
All family members are welcome - parents, guardians, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and other loved ones! Walk up together and enjoy the garden until 8:40 AM. Bring a book, magazine, or newspaper plus a blanket or chair. Students may read independently, be read to, or read alongside family as we model that we are all readers!

EMS October Attendance Prize Challenge!
The EMS grade level with the highest attendance percentage for the month earns the Golden Eagle Attendance Trophy AND extra choice time. Regular school attendance is vital, because it directly drives academic achievement, builds crucial social skills, and sets the foundation for future success. Great attendance is a great habit! Thank you for your support.

Volunteer Clearance Reminder
Beginning September 23, all volunteers must have their full volunteer clearance completed before volunteering on campus or at school events. This includes: Raptor clearance, Current TB clearance, Mandated Reporter Certificate
If any part of the clearance process is incomplete, you will not be able to volunteer until all requirements have been met.
